Does Bonnybrook Pharmacy offer a ‘Click and Collect’ service?

Yes, simply order online and select ‘Click and Collect’  as your delivery method. You will then be able to pick up your order, safely in-store. We offer same day click and collect if ordered before 11am.

How much does ‘Click & Collect’ cost?

‘Click & Collect’ is is FREE for all orders.

How do I select ‘Click & Collect’?

When you are placing your order, select ‘Click & Collect’ during checkout. We’ll then process your order and it will be ready for pick-up within 4 hours.

How will I know when my order is ready for collection?

We’ll phone you when your order is ready for collection. Then just bring an email print out of your order with you or show it to us on your phone, and you can collect your order when you are ready.

Can I return my purchase in-store?

If you decide that your purchase is not suitable you may return it in-store (our usual Returns Policy will apply). It is our policy to refund the original form of payment, so we will refund to the credit card which was used as payment through our website using the secure online payment system.

What if I receive the wrong product?

If your item(s) are not what you ordered, you can exchange it in the store for the correct item, once the store has it in stock.
