Delivery Information

When will my order be processed?
Orders received on weekdays up to 12pm will be usually processed and dispatched on the same working day.
Orders received after 12pm on weekdays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day (this will be Monday for orders received after 12pm on Fridays, or Tuesday if it’s a bank holiday). Normally all products on our website are held in stock, but on the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number. Delivery is expected to take place within 1-2 working days for Republic of Ireland addresses. Orders received after 12pm Friday up to midnight Saturday will usually be dispatched by us, and sorted by An Post on Sunday.
We deliver from Monday – Saturday* (excluding Bank Holidays).
* A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
** Order processing may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and during sales.
*** Saturday deliveries are only to major towns and cities.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery for orders to the Republic of Ireland is usually Next Working Day after dispatch.
Delivery for orders to Northern Ireland is usually 1-2 Working Days after dispatch.
*All delivery days are estimate, but are based on our current delivery success rates.
** Deliveries may take longer during busy periods such as Covid Pandemic, Christmas, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and during sales.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery for all orders over €79 within the Republic of Ireland.
All other orders are subject to the following delivery charges:

I want to order items of a sensitive nature, can you ship them discreetly?
Yes, no problem. All our orders are shipped in discreet packaging (items are packaged in plain padded envelopes or plain boxes), although our shipping labels may show our company name and address.

How will I know that my order is ready to be delivered?
We’ll send you a text message via An Post to let you know when your order is out for delivery (as long as you have provided your mobile phone number).
You can also track your delivery online at An Post.
What happens if I am not available when you try to deliver my order?
If you are not at home to accept the delivery, we’ll leave a card with the courier’s contact details. You can then give them a call to re-arrange delivery or arrange to collect your order.
What should I do if I haven’t received my order, or I have a problem ?

If you change your mind after receiving your product and decide you later want to return it, please fill in the form below within 14 days of receiving your order. We will happily offer and exchange or refund for the products if they are in the same condition and packaging that the products were received in. In such instances, the buyer must pay return costs. Bonnybrook Pharmacy cannot accept certain products that have been opened and used. We cannot accept the opened and used products for return due to hygiene reasons. Please enquire for more details.
Please note that certain items including medicines, foodstuffs, cosmetics and hygiene-related products cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or sent incorrectly. Also, once products are opened and/or used, products cannot be returned to us unless they are faulty or broken. Bonnybrook Pharmacy will only reimburse you for your return postage costs in the case of faulty or incorrect goods. Returns must be sent via standard post. Additional costs associated with express or tracked postal services or couriers will not be reimbursed.
Returned goods must be in a completely unopened and resalable condition.
We guarantee the quality of our products until they leave our premises, however, Bonnybrook Pharmacy cannot take any responsibility for damage that occurs during transit. Photographic evidence must be provided before either a replacement or refund is considered. We reserve the right to ask you to send the damaged goods back for inspection.
To return the items in store, you will need a copy of your order invoice. Please note that refunds are credited to the original card use to pay for the order and will take 10-14 business days to be credited to your account, depending on your payment method.
