We are pleased to be able to offer the Pfizer Covid-19 and the seasonal flu vaccination at Bonnybrook Pharmacy. The Covid-19 vaccine is free and available to all children over 12 years of age and all adults. Children under the age of 16 need parental consent to receive the vaccine.

We are now gathering patients information for our waiting list and you will be contacted as soon as we have more information on commencement of this service. We will require some information for booking and to speed up the vaccination process for you in the pharmacy.

• PPS Number
• Email Address (this can be yours or someone you trust and have access to)
• Mobile Number
• Date of Birth

If you are experiencing any Covid 19 symptoms, please contact your doctor and do not attend the pharmacy for your appointment. Please contact us if you are unable to attend and we can reschedule.

If you or anybody in your bubble have symptoms or think they may have Covid-19, we ask you to stay at home and not book an appointment in our pharmacy. If you have come in contact with a close contact, we also ask you not to book an appointment with us.
