Prescription Pick-Up

We have introduced our online prescription ordering service. This is a free and easy way for you to order your prescription from the comfort of your home. You can order one off prescriptions or repeat prescriptions for yourself, and we can keep your file on record so you can easily order again in the future. Once we have your prescription ready, we will give you a call or text and you can come and collect when you are ready.

How Do I Order My Prescription Online?

Ordering your prescription is easy:

1. Upload your prescription by clicking "CHOOSE PRESCRIPTION".
2. Select your preferred contact method.
3. Add this item to your shopping cart and continue to order as you normally would.
4. Choose collection at checkout.
5. Once we receive your order, we will process it as quick as we can.
6. When your order is ready, we will email and text you and you can arrange to collect it in store when it suits you.
7. Should you need any help please do not hesitate in contacting us.

Please note that uploading your prescription is free and we do not charge extra for this service, however you will of course be charged the appropriate dispensing fee and item costs when you collect your prescription in-store.

By proceeding you give Bonnybrook Pharmacy full permission to process your prescription and to retain it in our pharmacy records.
